Grey-Clock Was derived from the Word "Grey" meaning The color Grey; as well as Gray matter (i.e. The Brain), And The word "Clock"  meaning a time measuring machine (i.e. A Computer). A intricate machine, also a reminder that our life times are limited, especially when compared to the infinite concept of time.   Together, the words are intended to imply a Thinking Machine.
